Questeq today announced new service agreements with the Moon Area School District (MASD) and the eiNetwork, including its customers - the public libraries of Allegheny County. MASD and eiNetwork have recently specified Questeq as their IT service and technology management provider.

"In the past months since our seamless transition to Questeq's technology management, our network security has been tightened, system reliability has improved and repairs are timely," said Dr. Donna Milanovich, MASD, Superintendent. "The decision to outsource what had been an in-house department for many years was a difficult one. Moon Area School District is a better educational system because of it."

"Questeq's IT support will help us reach our strategic business goals," said Rebecca Serey, eiNetwork, Executive Director. "We are pleased to have Questeq as our new partner."

These new accounts enable Questeq to recruit and employ six new, top-level talent employees. For example, MASD’s Director of Technology, Chris Hatty, is the newest addition to the Questeq team. Working on-site at the MASD schools, Hatty has over 15 years of technology experience working for Fortune 100 companies and IT start-ups.

Questeq has hired over fifteen new part-time and full-time personnel over the past eight months.
